Our Team

Rich Walsh Sales and Estimating	Our team is organized into three departments: estimating, quality assurance and production. Several members of our team hold mechanical engineering degrees, and our supervisors have years of on-floor machining experience. A few of the services we provide are as follows: DESIGN ASSITANCE: Customers regularly contact Zimmerman Metals for cost saving ideas and budgeting assistance. Our handling capabilities and large equipment enable customers to simplify designs into fewer, more accurate parts.
Seth Anderson Quality Assurance	QUALITY ASSURANCE: Certification to MIL-I-45208 inspection criteria. Inspection equipment calibrated annually by a metrology lab. Full certification by AISC to do any kind of structural fabrication. In house AWS certified weld inspectors. Integrated scale feedback/probe systems that provide coordinate measurement inspection data.
Dave Farmer Supervision and Production	MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRITY: We attempt to for see and bid a part or assembly based upon what it will be used for. This enables us to pay special attention to the critical areas for the best possible results.
