OUR FACILITY

	Location We are centrally located in the Denver area, near the I-70 and I-25 interchange. Our plant is in unincorporated Adams County with a low Sales Tax Rate, and an on-site Rail Spur.
	Employees We focus on personalized service in the local economy and limit our work to a level that we can properly manage. We have consistently increased our sales revenue through improved efficiency rather than added employment. As a result, our employees have an average of seven and a half years of experience with the company.

Equipment
Zimmerman Metals is the most automated steel fabricator in Colorado. Our equipment lowers the shop hours required while producing more accurate parts. All of the equipment is shared and amortized among four separate businesses within our company.
